Delivery & Shipping:
Where next day delivery is stated you will normally get a delivery in normal business hours. if we are out of stock of the particular item, we will either offer you a suitable alternative, state an alternative delivery day or issue a refund.
At present we are taking orders Monday-Thursday up to 4.00pm for next day delivery. On Fridays the cut off time for next day delivery is 2.00pm.
There maybe certain parts of the UK that we are unable to guarantee next day delivery and may also incur an additional delivery charge.

If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Delivering to your address:
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed. We are also unable to redirect mail once an order has been processed. Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
For these reasons please supply us with a delivery address where there will be someone in to sign for your parcel. If there is nobody in when the couriers call, they will leave a card. You can then phone them to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
Please note that all data cabinets require somebody present to take the delivery, please check if you have a next day delivery or whether you need to enquire about an alternative delivery date, if a data cabinet cannot be delivered you will be charged for a re-delivery you can enquire about delivery dates by email: email@example.com

Cabinet Deliveries and Missed Deliveries:
Please note that cabinet deliveries are made to ground floor or loading bay only (this is due to insurance reasons). Our shipping companies cannot site cabinets for you. If you require cabinet placement you can contact us to find out costs if available on the particular cabinet.
Cabinets are delivered by specialist couriers to minimise the risk of damage during transit. When a delivery is missed for a cabinet a redelivery charge will need to be levied to cover the costs. Delivery times cannot be confirmed. However the following are the normal hours for delivery:
Normal Next Day - Delivery between 8:00am - 6.00pm
Cabinet & General Returns:
Every effort should be made to ensure the cabinet you’re ordering will suit your application and will fit in the space required. If you’re unsure, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone our technical line on 01245 500325 and we will be more than happy to assist you. Returning the cabinets to us or directly to our suppliers will remain your responsibility and we will not be held liable for any damage caused either by yourselves or your shipping company. Please note that any cabinets that are made to your specification may not be returned to us unless they are damaged on delivery. If damaged goods are recieved this must be reported within two working days, this however does not apply to data cabinets.
If a cabinet has been signed for we won't be able to accept the responsibility for any damaged items. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all cabinets are unpacked and checked before signing for them, otherwise returns and refunds cannot be issued.
If you need to return goods to us, you will need to apply to do this through our contact us form here explain why you wish to return your goods to us stating the day you purchased the products and your reference number. We will then reply to you with full instructions about your case including where to send your goods back to and the handling charges that will apply. Once the goods are safely returned we will be happy to refund the balance back onto your credit card, please note that this may take some time to go through the correct procedures to get the goods booked back into stock.
